Throughout my career — first in the classroom with my students, and later in business alongside countless entrepreneurs and learners — one belief has never changed: every person carries potential that has yet to be unlocked.

The years I spent pushing my limits as a competitive swimmer, the time I devoted to nurturing each student's growth as a teacher, and the experience of losing someone dear to me — all of it has shaped who I am today: someone who places deep human connection, empathy, and trust above financial success.

  • 1987Born in Kanagawa, Japan; moved to Fukushima in early childhood
  • 2006Graduated from Fukushima Prefectural Iwaki High School
  • 2009Set a Japanese national record in competitive swimming
  • 2010Graduated from the University of Tsukuba; obtained junior and senior high school teaching licenses
  • 2010-19Served nine years as a physical education teacher and special needs educator
  • 2011-13Two years of humanitarian service in Utah, USA
  • 2019Went independent as a sole proprietor; launched an SNS content business
  • 2021Founded Miraise Global Inc.; launched the business school "Link"
  • 2024Sold the business school "Link" through M&A (400+ students, 1500% ROAS)
  • 2026Appointed Chairman of JADE, the Japan Association for the Development of Education
